[AMC-list] Digest Users Fixed!!

A lot of people having trouble with the digests sent as attachments have 
simply been deleting the messages, or missed the couple times I stated 
I'd fix anyone with problems. I understand why! I just finished changing 
ALL digest subscribers to receive "plain text" messages. That's the 
default for new users, but when we re-started the list on the new server 
it wasn't set, so everything went out as MIME encoded by default. Most 
mail programs will handle that, but many simply didn't like the 
different look. I imagine I'll get a few complaints from people who DID 
like the attachments, but I can handle those few easily. If you're one 
of those, just drop me a line and I'll fix it! I think we lost a few 
users who got frustrated with the new format and simply unsubscribed 
instead of asking about it. If you know anyone who left because of 
problems with the different format tell them to sign back up! The 
default is set to plain text now. If they have problems have them drop 
me an e-mail and I'll see if I can fix it.
