i think you are looking for the wrong part for the wrong transmission. t-96 is
the 3 speed manual. you sound like your looking for parts for the auto. i
beleive it would be the m-35 air cooled?? otheres will correct me. i forget
what year your car is. you can go to

you have. hope it helps you find the right part.
