The 87-90 4.0L exhaust manifold has an O2 sensor bung on it. 91+ doesn't. When you get the new exhaust pipe made just have the O2 sensor bung added, or drill and add it to the exhaust manifold on the collector.
As Andrew stated though, you don't need it if the computer is disconnected. If you think you might want to run EFI later get the bung welded on anyway. Just use an old O2 sensor as a plug until it's needed. Easier to weld the piece in now since the exhaust head pipe has to be redone anyway.

Wondering what will happen IF I disconnect the O2 sensor that is attached to my exhaust pipe right below the exhaust manifold? I want to put the 91 4.0 exhaust manifold or headers and wonder IF losing that sensor will really cause a problem on an 82? There is no smog pump on the motor any more, either.
