WHOAA. Maybe I read this wrong, but are you saying we should not be allowed to buy/sell/trade- in a car whenever we want? Not that I can or ever have been able to buy a new car every two years, but if I could and wanted to, are you saying I shouldn't be allowed??
 

........While we grouse and complain about these laws.
In reality most people will need forced to comply with a "no more new car every two years" law.......
