[Amc-list] Craigslist-wide searches

Is there a way to do a broad search on CL?  I normally search all the cities I am traveling to to pick up deals as I go (which is cool as the Company often picks up gas! ), however, I normally search one city at a time, because I have not found a better way to do it... any ideas?
