Yeah,
Those prices are high.  The crank "might" be worth it since it's fully machined ... but still pricey.
 
If you want a really, really nice set of fully prepped, ported 291C heads ... here they are http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/pts/1039269095.html ; ... for $1000, which is a DEAL.

Those heads are way more valuable than what I was thinking !!!!
I thought maybe $250.00 for a good rebuildable pair.......
and maybe about $200.00 for a good crank...........
