Re: [Amc-list] 327 water pump

I'd just go for the No on the auto fan option.
Make sure they have good return policies when buying parts like this.
They may have consolidated the books down.
I'd cross reference to make sure they aren't trying to sell you a generation II pump!

Subject: [Amc-list] 327 water pump

Question: I've got a little leak, so I'm trying to track down a
replacement water pump through the usual local distributors. They're
showing some listings, but are asking me about "auto fan" versions of
the pump. Apparently the "auto fan" parts come in two "hub heights" -
2 11/16" and 3". The "w/o auto fan" version does not specify this
height.

Help! Wth do I need? I'm pretty sure I don't have an auto fan, though
I don't know for sure what it is. Does it mean one with a thermostatic
clutch? I hate it when these guys throw weird sidewinders like this.

thx.mch.
