Could be the supplement, but I doubt it because the supp is only 12 pages. If the manual actually has "AMX" on the front (and a "30" on the spine) it's the 69 manual. Paul may have the 68 manual AND the 12 page AMX supplement. ------------- Date: Sun, 11 Jan 2009 11:23:34 -0800 From: "RetroRalph" <retroralph@xxxxxxxxxxx> This is likely the regular 1968 manual and should have the AMX supplement with it. This is the way it came out in 1968 as the AMX wasn't included in the original manuel of that first year. The manual should include the other AMC models. The cover should read: "68 AM - American Motors - Technical Service Manual" and should list the various models: "Javelin, Rebel, Ambassador, Rambler American". Anyone who wants this please contact Paul Sadler - (twoscuba@xxxxxxxxxxxx) and make your deal... Good luck. ----- Original Message ----- From: Paul Sadler To: ralph.ausmann@xxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Saturday, January 10, 2009 2:02 PM Subject: AMX Manual I have an official 1968 AMX/Javelin workshop manual in good condition (except for a few greasy finger prints) would you know anybody who would be interested in buying it. -- Frank Swygert Publisher, "American Motors Cars" Magazine (AMC) For all AMC enthusiasts http://farna.home.att.net/AMC.html (free download available!) _______________________________________________ Amc-list mailing list Amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx http://splatter.wps.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/amc-list
