Yes the wheel is the same.
That is actually a column patterned off a GM column and many parts will interchange.
I have a black sport wheel here, but the rear trim ring is broken and I only have 2/3's of it :(
With your plastic experience you could likely fix it.
I haveno idea on what it is worth.
