my first rambler was in fact an ex-telco car [purchased about a mile
from a telco fleet depot] but my other 2 '66s weren't and all had the
water intake. also afaik all were local new england cars; certainly
none had the ca air pump.
my '67 marlin had the 232-2bbl; that intake was not water heated. i
miss that car.
pp 5-20 of my '66 01 tsm shows the water heated 199 and non-heated 232
intakes; pp 5-44 of my '67 10-50-80 tsm shows the non-heated 232
intake; but pp 5-40 of my '68 tsm shows only the water heated intake
and specifically mentions its app on the 232 rogue only.
