The only thing I have a listing for that's close is 3196927. The "F" is for forged, don't know if all 390/401 cranks have the f on the end of the casting number though, might just be that one supplier used it and others didn't. If your number can be verified to be different (like a 1 or 2 instead of a 7) let me know!

More trivia: I just checked the number on a 390 crank I'll be buying from the machine shop.  It is 3196921F or 3196922F.  The number is very hard to read and it is in a different location than on the cast cranks.
