Well, the bank accepted our offer.  We are moving in with our son and family to a 1800 sq ft home w/walk out basement built in 1999, appraised at $240k and purchase for $115k.  Luckily my wife and son are working and qualified.  We should be moving in by Christmas, so cool!  EXCEPT for ALL the house cleaning for us both!
