I'd see if Summitt stocks Prothanes for the 65-66 and order them or call Prothane for specs.
Poly is easy to machine if you get some slightly larger you can turn them down.
Or, talk to Prothane, paybe they will match some up for you Or you can locate useable bushings from the demensions of yours.

  If you want order the 65-66's and see what they are like.
I'll buy them off of you if they don't work.
   I wonder if you could put a 65-66 bar on the 62?
