They are/were spec'd for the W100 4X4 trucks that did not have the hub sticking thru the center. They ran a 5 X 4.5" bolt pattern and while they bolted to the rear of the hub on the doge trucks they came on, they are machined front and rear. They will slide right on a drum brake hub too, but, like I said the rotor thickness is way out of propertion to the diameter! I bet if you did suceed in fitting them up with a caliper and bracket they would do well as far as heat dissapation goes. The cooling vents between the rotor surfaces is HUGE. I have one here I'll send out for $20 to anyone who wants it.
