It came with yoke and multi-drilled AMC bellhousing. Side shifted. Hmm, the few web pages I can reach right now (at work; there seems to be problems in the open internet) show a top-shifted iron transmission (Jeep), but this authoritative page http://amccf.laatikko.org/tech/amc_manual_trannies.html#150-T says it was used with floor or column-shifted Gremlins.
