Find a hardware store with a good parts bin selection. You can get a one piece nipple to replace that flared line and nut. Just don't get a nylon one, brass or steel only! Spray the mess down with simple green and hose it away! All that gas and a good coat of simple green will purty up what evey is still dirty! Oh, wait, you painted, be careful. I might stay away from putting simple green on resonably fresh paint! We road tripped the boat down to a semi local boat shop away from the tourist area of Deep Creek lake Md. Saves about $200 on having it winterized!!! I'm not kidding $200+ dollars! DeepCreek feeds on the rich from the Metro D.C. and Baltimore area, It feeds well too!!!
