Why don't you go to DHL, Or UPS or FedEx's websites and do some research.
As Joe said, they make people jump through hoops to ship things across the border.
They make people jump thru hoops to do about anything, after all that piece of plastic was made to be used in Canada and it may not play well with our Canadian made plastics that were made for use in the USA. Imagine the horror should that plastic run rampant causing dilution of our plastics gen pool...
