[Amc-list] Engine For Sale

I received a call a few days ago from a Bob Stirton in College Grove,  Oregon 
who stated that he had a 1968 AMC 343 engine available. This engine, he  
reports was rebuilt in 2004 at a cost of $2,603 (he has the receipts) and has  
never been run  (he has turned it over by hand, it is not frozen). It is  
currently stored indoors on a pallet. He received this engine as part of a legal  
settlement. If you are interested in this engine for which he wants $700 you can  
reach him at (541) 942- 5132, Room 12A. He does not have a computer and while 
 his motor home is being repaired he is living  in a motel. I do not  
personally know Mr. Stirton. He says he runs a tax free organization so, if you  buy 
it from him you can get a 50% write-off. .
