Yeah, we talked about that a while back. The 2.5 intake is even simple enough it can be pie cut and tilted up or any number of fancy smancy things if needed. I doubt it would be very wide at the accesory end. Not sure what all is in the way there. I have a bracket made to use a v-belt alt down low on the drivers side of a 4.0l puts it in the stock late 60's spot. Pretty sure you can go to V-belt on the 2.5L depending on damper balance and specs. and waterpump availability. Also tucking serp stuff in tighter is fairly simple if you take your time and use your noodle. With a no P/S car You'd only have to content with A/C [building a DD] and Alternator. Belts are easy. -- Mark Price Morgantown, WV 1969 AMC Rambler, 4.0L, EFI, T-5 2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo, 4.7L, Quadratrc II " Chronic Pain Hurts" -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: Tom Jennings <tomj@xxxxxxx> > Archimedes wrote: > > > A few years ago, my pet to-be-done-in-the-future project was an AMC 150 & 5 > speed from a 2WD Jeep, and put in the engine bay of my 79 Spirit.
