tsk, tsk, that's why I said "Get a 2000 up 4.0l HEAD an cast manifolds".

I have done a hand son comparison and believe if done carefully you could fit the dual mans to an earlier 4.0L head.
You would have about an 1/8" or so of sealing surface left.
Touchy, but should work with a good copper gasket or such.
