My 1967 six-cylinder Marlin has the original type 35 amp Motorola alternator and matching Motorola fender-mounted regulator. Two questions... Can I replace alternator & regular and upgrade them to the 55 amp version without rewiring or causing any electrical problems? Or, as an alternative, I have seen offered (i.e. Doug Galvin) a conversion kit to adapt seemlessly to a 1-piece Delco unit. Any suggestions? Am I limited to 35 amps either way? Thanks, Rich Morgan _______________________________________________ Amc-list mailing list Amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx http://splatter.wps.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/amc-list
