But petro-derived electric power is more costly -- you're burning the furniture to heat the house. 42 cents/KWH is more like the REAL cost -- and the solar-derived stuff is 100's time less messy and long-term sustainable, and that's what counts. Quality products usually cost more, but are worth it in the long run. We're literally paying the price for 'cheap fuel' in the 1940's etc. They didn't know better -- we do now.
