Strut rod bushings: All of the replacements seem to be total crap, except maybe Moog. They deform over time, screw up toe mainly, and eat tires. I drive my cars full time and year round so I think I put more miles on them than most people. The 63 Classic wagon, which has the additional problem of no replacement part available, I fixed once and for good -- two-piece bushing, front half urethane, rear half rubber. Never again will I put rubber front halves in. They never last. http://wps.com/AMC/Strut-bushing/index.html I've asked on the list for two years probably, and no one has said what they are using in the front of their 64-and-earlier Classic/Ambassador for from strut bushings, how many miles they've driven on them, and how they are working out. _______________________________________________ Amc-list mailing list Amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx http://splatter.wps.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/amc-list
