No real hope to stop an engine swap, except to point out that the cheaper Chevy engine won't be cheaper once all is said and done.
   The problem is getting the person doing this to believe or change their mind.
Once all the costs are added up, it is usualy not any cheaper to put that bowtie engine in a car and end up building something most people don't want or have any interest in...
