We had a few back in the 80's that proved hard to repair. It's something to look for as it was an issue that came up a few times. Not saying it was overly common, but one we had would not behave after being pulled and gone through three times. Factory rep signed off on a replacement after a phone call. A porosity problem in the case was suspected. Just something to look at with 20+ year old cars. -- Mark Price Morgantown, WV 1969 AMC Rambler, 4.0L, EFI, T-5 2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo, 4.7L, Quadratrc II " Chronic Pain Hurts" -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: Ken Ames <ameskg@xxxxxxxxx> > The delay going into reverse or drive will be related to the fact that the oil > flow in park isn't like being in gear or even neutral.
