[Amc-list] Fender Skirts for A 1965 American 2 Door

Hello all, 
   
  I know that the 1965 American was never intended to have fender skirts, but I am toying with the idea of rying to find a set that may be able to be modified...
   
  Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas ? 
   
  My thoughts were to try a set of Mercury Turnpike Crusier skirts but I am looking for ideas.
