Be thankful your still managing all that...
I'm just trying to get back to where I think I used to be...
If I can find it.
Progress is so slow from this it's like watching paint dry on a rainy day.
We can see the progress, but it like these little grains of salt that comes out a salt shaker one at a time.
Every wekk or so, I get another lb of lift out of it, a little more motion.
I can at least see the fact that it will eventualy be good again, I think
