How much later?! I thought you were doing the Hornet? That's what I was talking about you being able to use the T4 as-is in. it has 4-1 1st and 1-1 4th and should work extremely well with 2:73 gears. > > Yeah the T-5 is more desireable, but to be honest, a 4 speed Yeah, there are a few people out there that just don't care if they have O/D or not. This will be more for the heck of it then anything else. I nought a new cluster and some odds and ends to build the AMC non wolrd class trans to the 2.95 gear set, then found this 300 ftlb spec trans, so I got leftover parts. > > > I got a twisted plan anyway, you know me. > > So what you gotta do for the input shaft? Is it just that wee > bit too long? Or too short? For the four speed? nothing realy just need a second one! I have one for the 2.95 first gear T-5, to build the T-4 I need a second one. The one I bought allready is used but good, I may spring for a new one to go into the T5 and use this used one in the T4.
