Lugging it - that's how I get into the subdivision! Downshift to second and go way too slow for the gear to get in. I sure don't want to come to a complete stop on the main road leading to the subdiv - most folks are going 45 (or more). Stopping to get into first just won't cut it! I'm also (much to the perturbation of folks behind me) getting back into timing the traffic lights. I'm going to have to visit a show and check out someone's twin-stick transmission. (well, my "check-out" list is: airliner seats, twin-stick transmission, three-on-the-tree with overdrive, smaller wagons, checking out Javelins with sixes and a three speed manual).
