I still think a turbo bolted onto a 195.6 L-head would be just great. Pick an undersized turbo for early boost and pick a max. of 5psi or so at 4000rpm. No wastegates or other controls, just don't rev past redline and it'll never overboost. Suck-through Carter YF, or a corvair sideways YF (whatever that model is). 150hp won't stress things, the HP would be fun enough in that car and the Kool Faktor would be just great. Though they'r enot the cheapest motor to build the L-heads are plentiful and fit right in the hole.
