I realize that, re: flywheel diameters matching bell (starter,
mass, etc). Partially just curious about the flange pattern
too. Is it same 6 and 8 though?

I have one in fine shape that I bought specifically at large
expense to go behind the 258. I *like* 3 speeds coupled to
flat torquey motors that are happy lugging at low revs, it's
a pleasant driving experience. It's not the fastest but that's
not a goal.

Yeah, the old monoscope dashes! As a real project it's not
on my to-do list, but I will tape measure it up against my 63
American forthehellofit.
