[Amc-list] Following instructions

I don't know that this thread has any AMC content anymore, but I can't resist:
My 20 yr old rebuilt the engine and transmission of his 1964 Chrysler Imperial Crowne, mostly alone, except when he needed extra muscle.
He also completely replumbed and rewired an old house that he and I own in Pittsburg, Kansas. 
He attended a semester of college in Spain, and is fluent in Mexican and European Spanish (truly 2 different languages)
and conversational in German and Italian, plays piano like Liberace, was captain of his high school swim team, is into par kor (some kind of street gymnastics, like in the beginning of the movie Casino Royale) and makes $60/hr at his part time job as a medical illustrator.... 
I won't even start about my 24 yr old son... LOL 
But my point is, I refuse to let any school system or car manufacturer dumb down my kids...
