Like Fran says any type paint will do.
A single stage urethane will probably hold up slightly better then an enamel.
The biggest thing to make sure of is that you have the actual powder coated pieces in hand if you want a good match.
  Powder coat colors can vary from batch to batch and to get a match the painter will realy need the coated parts in hand.
   Don't take this too lightly as you can end up with a significant missmatch.
