I think I'm going to get better! Yah!
I noticed for the first time that I can now get comfortable in a chair and my shoulder and arm don't hurt!
Started PT last Monday and it is not going to be fun, but I see progress already. 
Stopped taking my pain meds on Thursday, now after 18 months of taking one form or another that ain't no easy feat.  It's so far not been as bad as I anticipated, a few chills and hof flashes, lots of phantom aches and pains [reason for the subject line].
   I'm realy looking forward to this all being over in the coming months...
I added to the needs to be done pile yesterday. Went in to Big Lots and found some 4' flourescent lights with cold start electronic ballasts mixed in with the cheaper old fashioned 4' lights. These are not the cheapy hang by a chain lights, but rather the good ceiling mount units and to top it off, they were priced at $14 a piece! Anyone that has looked for or bought coldstarts knows $14 a unit is a real good price for made in USA, UL listed lights!  
  Now, if I can just get my arm to go over my head so I can put them up!!!
