Oops! I totally spaced out that this was an early 232! In '79 they changed the plugs from NGK 2635 (14mm, 3/4" reach, 13/16" hex, gasket seat, resistor, projected tip, V-power (v-grooved center electrode), .039" gap) to NGK 6334 and again in '82 to 5084 (for 4.2L) to 7373 in '87 (4.2L and 4.0l) Jim Blair, Lynnwood, WA '87 Comanche, '83 Jeep J10, '84 Jeep J10 From: Jeff Reeves <amcnut@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: [Amc-list] Spark Plugs for a GM HEI in a 232?? These were all HEI engines even though it was a Ford system instead of a GM system. I'd think the end result would be similar. _________________________________________________________________ Shed those extra pounds with MSN and The Biggest Loser! http://biggestloser.msn.com/ -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
