I use ceramic pads on everything, but I also have slotted or cross-drilled (or both) rotors on everything. I had NAPA's slotted & cross-drilled performance rotors on my V10 Ram paired with Hawk ceramic pads and thought they did very well. Seemed to be a good improvement when hot.
