I looked at a set of 69 Javelin seats today and a set of 70 Javelin seats I have. The methods of fastening to the floor appear to be identical. Cap screws in front bolt holes and studs on the rear flanges. That may have changed later. I do seem to remember that my 73 Javelin had studs at all floorboard holes but I could be wrong.
