AFAIK, the AMC 4 cyl has been in use over there along with a Chinese diesel (Robin, I think)

No vehicle for the NorAm market uses it at this time, but you might have
a point about foreign use. Not sure what Beijing Jeep uses in their
variation of the XJ.
 
I'll bet they outlive the Mopar 3.8 for overall longevity ;)
