[Amc-list] Build Sheet Question

AMC Team,
Can anyone tell me if the build sheet indicates whether the car was
built with CA emissions or not ? I found a rather tattered piece of
paper behind the back seat but can't really breakdown the codes. Let me
know when you get a chance. Didn't Tom Benvie publish something about
de-coding build sheets ?
