[Amc-list] turn signals, steering wheels, fuse boxes, flashers

I took off the steering wheel today of my 63 American. Someone had beaten it off last time, and it practically fell off after I removed the 15/16 retaining nut. It is HOSED. The turn signals are slightly damaged too. Maybe that has something to do with the way they don't work quite right. I have a 62 American (parts car) that is donating its steering wheel and turn signal parts, etc.
I am sure sad that Bruce had such a bad accident. I had given up on him, thinking he was a really bad business man.
I am really glad that there isn't a fuse box and that the flasher is somewhat difficult to identify because I sure haven't found either one under my dash or in my TSM. I was thinking really bad things about both the previous owner(s) and about the TSM's authors. I will be taking lots of pictures of the 62 as I start taking it apart this weekend. Camera says its good for 280 pics. :-)
