Ken, I didn't find the DRB for fuel odor; perhaps it was issued in '75 or '76. The one covering oil canning is 7-07 and refers to 1976 and '77 models, and states "Position insulator in center of fuel tank depression on top of pad, if equipped." One of my Pacers has a loose baffle.
