A: First thing is check the 4 way flasher switch isn't on or part way on. Then the bulbs (and 1156 in place of an 1157 will do that)

When I put on my turn signals for left or right, both come on.
Where in the TSM does it discuss this?  Or better yet, has anyone else had and resolved this problem.  :-)
