Troy, You shouldn't experience any problem with the size wheels you're contemplating for a humpster. I currently have fitted to my 70 Javelin 17 x 7 fronts and 17 x 8 rear wheels. Front tires are 235/40R-17, rears are 255/45R-17, The rear wheels have 4-1/2 inch backset. No clearance problems anywhere. I will forward a photo to your home email address if you want to see what it looks like. Anyone fit 16in rims on their Javelin? I was thinking 16x7 in the front and 16x8 in the rear. The only reason i'm going up to a 16 is because most shops carry 16 tires, and 15s are getting phased out. I am currently running tiny little 14's from a Gremlin.... > Troy > -------------- next part -------------- > An HTML attachment was scrubbed... > URL: http://www.amc-list.com/pipermail/amc-list/attachments/20080123/c6206388/attachment.htm > _______________________________________________ > Amc-list mailing list > Amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx > http://www.amc-list.com/mailman/listinfo/amc-list > > > > -- > No virus found in this incoming message. > Checked by AVG Free Edition. > Version: 7.5.516 / Virus Database: 269.19.10/1240 - Release Date: 1/23/08 5:47 PM > > _______________________________________________ Amc-list mailing list Amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.amc-list.com/mailman/listinfo/amc-list
