Yes, that is totally true. It's moderate as hell here (though hot). And 
really cold weather is where carbs are worst. Maybe I'd change my tune (yuk 
yuk) if I lived where it snowed, but there's a (snowball's?) chance in heck 
that I'll ever do that.
