I saw a car rebuilding show a few weeks ago where a car got a full rotisserie job, media blasted down to bare medal. When they were done repairing all the rust holes they sprayed the entire bottom of the car with bed liner stating now this will never rust again. I don't know if this idea is the best or not ,but seems good to me.
