[Amc-list] Disc brake swap

I just priced the drums for my 71 AMC Javelin and they are $110.00 each so I want to do a disc brake swap. I know where there is an 80"s model Eagle sitting in a field. Will the disc brakes (front & rear) swap or just the front?
