To each his own. The point I have been seeing is that if the energy is in the form of electricity at any point that is the place it is most efficient to stop and use it. Hydro compressors would indeed be one form that bypasses this point. But there is little possibility that this could be used in a widespread form. -- Mark Price Morgantown, WV 1969 AMC Rambler, 4.0L, EFI, T-5 2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo, 4.7L, Quadratrc II " Chronic Pain Hurts" -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: Jim Blair <carnuck@xxxxxxxxxxx> > The trick is some South CA aircar listers are using solar and hydro energy to > compress the air. > > Jim Blair, Lynnwood, WA '87 Comanche, '83 Jeep J10, '84 Jeep J10 > From: Wrambler242@xxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: Re: [Amc-list] How about no fuel at all? > To: "AMC/Rambler owners, drivers and fans." <amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx> > Message-ID: > > <112520070422.12986.4748F87B0008EEB4000032BA2214756402CDCBCD0A0C079D9F059D0E03@c > omcast.net> > > > > > ------------------------------ > > Message: 6 > Message-ID: <mailman.349.1196011057.14023.amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx> > > I.E.
