DOH!!! I don't have a link, but it's the same ford/chevy/amc/pierce arrow, so google is your friend. But keep in mind, running 60 amps through 30 amps of wiring is asking for a melted harness. If you leave the lights on, for example, and run the battery down, get a jump, then fast-idle to charge the battery, ordinary enough, it'll get hotter'n'hell in there! Alts are short and fat, gens skinny and long but I imagine by fiddling fan belts and brackets you can fit 'em pretty much anywhere. Cost alone may not be the best reason to do it. There's nickel and dime costs don't forget. A month or year later, will the $50 you saved matter? The real question is, is it what you want? And do the problems solved outweigh the problems caused? If you have a huge stereo, etc, that's a factor too. _______________________________________________ Amc-list mailing list Amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.amc-list.com/mailman/listinfo/amc-list
