I have a '71 amc hornet sportabout that I did the V-8 conversion on and I pulled the rear end, motor, disc brakes from a '80 Spirit GT, everything went on okay, but the leaf spring bushings and plate that the U-bolts bolt to are cracked. The leaf spring bushings are so rusted out that they fell apart when I bolted them together. I been searching for a few months now and don't have anymore ideas where to get them. So pretty much my progect is at a stand still. The bushings have a bolt hole in the top where the leaf spring center bolt goes, then is rubber and the bottom is a bigger "nub" that goes through the plate. Any help you can give me is very much appreciated. Ray Crossno -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Boo! Scare away worms, viruses and so much more!
