They didn't pick the abreviation by accident, it also starts the work PAIN! I remember all the hoops I had to jump thru to get an inspections license and the need to retitle a pickup if someon had put a flat bed on it, etc; Street rods? = nightmare! I much prefer WV in these matters, need a title, take a few pics go talk to the DMV and they actually HELP you through the process with no attitude! Need asimple title transfer, Walk in, walk out with a fres printed title in your hand, same day, mo extra charge! You just need to hang out an hour or so, while they run it through to make sure it's clear, even bringing in out of state cars can be done same day! We had a cert of origination screw up on our Pontoon boat trailer title. They actually wrote out what was wrong and told my wife to have the dealer call them so they could explain it! The dealer called and they actually got it fixed! Dealer gave us temp tags to use while the new cert came in, thats another story! When I left PA in 1990 it would sometimes take 6 months to get a title transfer back, on a clean, in state title! -- Mark Price Morgantown, WV 1969 AMC Rambler, 4.0L, EFI, T-5 " I was different before people dared to be different" _______________________________________________ Amc-list mailing list Amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.amc-list.com/mailman/listinfo/amc-list
